They all include a good source of protein and wholesome food for energy to keep you going through the day and of course satisfy that sweet tooth of yours. They can be enjoyed any time throughout the day as a pick me up snack, or a pre or post workout treat.

Oatmeal Protein Ball
This simple and healthy no-bake oatmeal protein ball recipe is perfect for easy snacking on-the-go! It’s enriched with a light vanilla flavour and soft bite which will have you coming back for more. You will find it hard to stop at one.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
- 3 tsp natural honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup raisins
- 1 cup water
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into a large bowl and stir until smooth and thick.
- Roll into balls using hands.
- Place into a bowl/container to set in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Superfood Energy Ball

Ingredients
- 1 cup oats
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup ground flax seed
- 2 Tbs superfood berry mix or favourite dried fruit
- 3 medjool dates, pitted
- 1 Tbs maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Combine dates, almond butter and maple syrup in a food processor and pulse until dates are fully chopped and everything is mixed.
- In a bowl mix together oats, flax seed, dried fruit and cinnamon. Add date and almond butter mixture and stir until fully combined.
- Roll into balls using hands.
- Place into a bowl/container to set in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Choc-Berry Bliss Energy ball
Awaken your taste buds with this easy to make energy ball snack. Bite into chocolate heaven with the added sweetness of berries in your mouth. You will absolutely love this as a go to snack for post workout.
Ingredients
- 1 cup almonds
- 1 cup pitted fresh dates
- 1/4 cup goji berries
- 2 Tbs Cacao powder
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 2 Tbs maple syrup
- 2 Tbs of white chia seeds
Instructions
- Process almonds in a food processor until finely chopped. Add pitted fresh dates, goji berries, cacao powder, shredded coconut and maple syrup.
- Place white chia seeds on the plate and roll each ball over the chia seeds evenly coated.
- Place into a bowl/container to set in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Cookie Dough Protein Ball

- 1/2 cup almond butter

- 1/3 cup coconut flour
- 1 1/2 Tbs honey

- 2- 4 Tbs of almond milk or milk

- 15-16 Medjool dates
- 1 Tbs chia seeds
- 1 Tbs maple syrup
- 2 Tbs raw pepitas
- 2 Tbs water
Directions
- In a large bowl stir together the ingredients until thick and smooth.
- Roll into balls and over the desiccated coconut. It should stick onto the balls.
- Place into a bowl/container to set in the fridge for 30min.

Ingredients
- 4 medium carrots peeled and sliced into 1/2 inch pieces
- 1/2 cup of coarsely chopped medjool dates
- 1/2 cup of unsalted creamy almond butter
- 1 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 cup almond meal
Icing ingredients
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 tsp water
Directions
- Boil the chopped up carrots over medium heat for 15min or when carrots are tender.
- Drain the carrots and put aside to cool.
- In a large bowl, stir together the carrots with coarsely chopped medjool dates, almond butter, ground nutmeg, kosher salt and almond meal.
- Roll into balls and place into a bowl/container to set in the fridge
- While the balls are setting, in another large bowl stir together the sugar, vanilla extract and water into a thick paste to create the icing.
- Scoop the icing into the icing bag and squeeze the mixture into a corner, getting rid of air inside the bag and seal.
- Drizzle the icing over the tops of the balls by snipping off a small corner of the icing bag.

Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup raw cashews
- 4 scoops of vanilla protein powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
Directions
- In a food processor place all the ingredients and pulse until thick and blended.
- Roll into balls using hands.
- Pulse the frozen-dried raspberries in a food processor.
- Roll into balls over the blended raspberries

- 1 Tbs Coconut flour
- 3/4 cup protein powder
- 1/2 cup stevia
- 2 Tbs coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup almond milk
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet.
- In a food processor combine the coconut flour, protein powder, stevia, coconut oil, vanilla extract and almond until smooth.
- Roll into balls and place in the oven for 15min or until golden.
- Let it settle and cool for 30min
Chocolate peanut butter balls

- 1 cup of oat bran
- 3 Tbs of raw cacao
- 1 1/2 cups of natural peanut butter
- 2 scoops of protein powder
- 2 Tbs of stevia
- 5 Tbs of water
- 1/2 cup of shredded coconut
Directions
- In a food processor combine all ingredients besides the shredded coconut, and blend until smooth.
- Roll into balls.
- Roll the balls into the shredded coconut until fully covered.
- Let it settle into the fridge for 30min.
